Your profile and account settings live in a modal accessible from your avatar at the bottom-left of the navigation. There are three tabs: Profile, Organization, and Email.

Profile

The Profile tab is where you manage your personal account information. What you can update:
  • Profile photo — Click the photo to upload a new image.
  • First and last name — Edit directly in the fields and save.
  • Email addresses — Your primary email is shown with a Primary badge. Add additional addresses using the input field and Add button.
  • Password — Click Set password to create or update your login password.
  • Connected accounts — Link third-party sign-in providers (e.g., Google) for one-click login. If none are connected, this section reads “No connected accounts.”

Organization

The Organization tab shows your organization’s name and public URL slug. These fields are read-only — contact [email protected] if you need to change your organization name. If you need to leave the organization entirely, the Leave Organization button is available at the bottom of this tab.

Email

The Email tab controls who can reach Violet by email, and is visible only to organization admins. Violet’s Email Address — every organization has a dedicated inbound address for Violet, shown here with a copy-to-clipboard button. Send a message to this address and Violet processes it as a task, the same way she would a Slack DM. Access control is an allowlist, not a blocklist. Only mail from a sender on this list reaches Violet — everything else is rejected outright, not queued for review. If someone emails Violet and nothing happens, this is the first place to check.
  • Allowed Domains — any email from these domains is accepted (e.g., company.com). Add a domain and it covers every address at that domain.
  • Allowed Email Addresses — specific addresses that can email Violet, independent of domain.
  • Blocked Email Addresses — specific addresses to reject even when their domain is otherwise allowed. A block always overrides an allow, so you can permit a whole company domain and still exclude one address within it.
Only organization admins can view or change the Email tab’s settings.
