All Appy.AI paid plans are monthly subscriptions, with a credit refresh each month on your billing date. Change your plan as you determine what your team requires.

Frequently asked questions

Credits represent the real cost of AI work. Credits reflect actual costs to utilize LLMs through API, which Appy subsidizes so your team gets more output per dollar than you’d get going direct.
It depends on what the task involves:
  • Quick tasks (summaries, lookups, short drafts, Slack responses): ~100–500 credits
  • Research reports, multi-step workflows, longer deliverables: ~1,000–3,000 credits

Yes. Credits belong to the workspace. All team members draw from the same pool. Per-member and per-department limits are on the roadmap for a future update.
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Reward credits - earned through referrals and other programs - never expire and are utilized after monthly plan credits are exhausted.
Any in-progress task completes. Your workspace is notified and new tasks are paused until you upgrade to a higher plan tier or you reach the renewal of your billing cycle.
To get more credits before your next renewal, upgrade to the next plan tier - you’ll only owe the prorated difference at that moment, and you’ll pay the full fee at the next cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next cycle.
