How billing works
Appy.AI starts free — your first 20 tasks are on us.After that, it’s $199/month for unlimited access on the AI Workforce plan.
Cancel anytime, no commitment.
Adding a payment method
A credit card is required to access Appy.ai. If you did not add a credit card during account creation, or need to change your card information.- Go to Billing in the left navigation.
- Enter your card details, or pay with Apple Pay.
- Save your payment information to activate your subscription.
- Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Managing your subscription
Once your payment method is on file, the Billing page allows you to upgrade, manage your subscription, and cancel.Canceling your subscription
Click Manage Subscription and follow the cancellation steps. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.Questions about your invoice or current usage? Reach out via the Support chat on your Dashboard or email support@appy.ai.
