Every organization gets its own referral link. Share it, and both sides get credits the moment someone you invited joins — no waiting for them to subscribe to a paid plan.

How it works

  1. Get your link. Open your avatar (bottom-left of the navigation) and choose Refer & Earn — or just ask Violet for your referral link. She’ll give it to you directly in chat, and can draft an invite message or email for specific people if you want one.
  2. Share it. Copy your personal invite link, or send it directly to up to 20 email addresses at once from the same dialog.
  3. They sign up. As soon as the person you invited creates an organization through your link, the referral counts — they don’t need to pick a paid plan first.
  4. You both get credits. You and the organization you referred each receive 40,000 reward credits, automatically, with no action needed on either side.
Reward credits are separate from your plan’s monthly allowance — they never expire and show up on your Dashboard and Billing pages as their own line.

Tracking your referrals

The Rewards tab in the same Refer & Earn dialog shows:
  • Total credits earned from referrals so far
  • Every organization you’ve referred, with the credits each one earned you

The lifetime cap

An organization can earn up to 400,000 lifetime credits from referring others. If you’re close to the cap, referrals you make still work normally for the organization joining — they still get their 40,000 credits — you just stop earning more yourself once you’ve hit the limit.
The cap applies only to what you can earn as a referrer. The organization you refer always gets their full signup bonus, regardless of where you are against your own cap.
