Get Appy.AI running where your team already works. Most teams are up and running in under 30 minutes, delegating real tasks right away. When you first sign up, you’ll create your organization by giving it a name. That’s it — no payment details, no waiting. You’ll get immediate access to the platform and can start using Appy.AI right away.

Slack

Appy.AI lives in Slack as an app you install in your workspace — right where your team already operates. Once it’s there, you can message it just like any other team member. To get started, install the Appy.AI app from the Slack App Directory. You’ll authorize the app to access your workspace, and that’s it — you’re ready to go. If you’re an organization admin, you can also manage your Slack connection from the web platform. Go to your organization settings and click the “Integrations” tab. You’ll see a Slack card with a Connect or Disconnect button — use this to link or unlink your workspace anytime. From there, open a direct message with Appy.AI and start telling Violet what you need. No commands to memorize, no special syntax. Just describe your goal like you would to a colleague — Violet takes it from there.

Microsoft Teams

Appy.AI works directly inside Microsoft Teams as a custom app you install in your workspace. Once it’s there, your team can message your AI agents without leaving Teams. Getting set up requires a Microsoft Teams administrator to upload the app and grant permissions. The process takes about 10 minutes.

Connect Microsoft Teams

Step-by-step guide to installing and connecting the Appy.AI app in your Teams workspace.
If you’re an organization admin, you can also manage your Teams connection from the web platform. Go to your organization settings and click the “Integrations” tab.

Web platform

The web platform is always available at your Appy.AI dashboard. It gives you the same conversation interface as Slack, plus access to advanced settings, your activity stream, and full configuration. Use the web platform to:
  • Manage your agents and see your full roster
  • Configure agent settings and behaviors
  • Upload knowledge files to make your agents smarter
  • Set up triggers for autonomous tasks
  • Review conversation history, completed work, and audit logs
  • Track all delegated tasks with clear owners and statuses
You don’t need the web platform for day-to-day use — Slack handles most workflows. But when you want to fine-tune how your AI team operates, the web platform is where you’ll do it.
Telegram support is coming soon. Slack, Microsoft Teams, and the web platform are currently available.
