Organization settings handle the administrative aspects of your account:
  • Who has access to your organization
  • Billing and subscription management
  • Organizational preferences and policies
These are the business and administrative controls for your entire organization.

Key areas

Team members: Invite and manage the people who have access to your Appy.AI organization. Control who can use your workspace and what permissions they have. Billing: Manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing information. View invoices and update payment details. Organizational preferences: Set account-wide settings that apply to your entire organization, including security policies and default preferences.

Accessing organization settings

You access organization settings through the Appy.AI web platform. Look for organization or account settings in your navigation. This is typically separate from workspace configuration and agent settings.
Organization settings are typically managed by account administrators. If you don’t see certain options, check with your admin.
